Horror Crawler

Intoduction

Horror Crawler is a small retro horror game made for the Scream Jam 2025 as our first ever game. It features grid-based old-school dungeon crawler-like movements and a labyrinth where you and a strange monster are locked inside of. Will you be able to escape?

This game was made in a short time by inexperienced devs (we learned the basics of Godot like 2 weeks before) so expect a few rough edges and bugs (we will fix bugs, feel free to report them in the comments). 

Story

You received a strange job, inviting you to a laboratory to be a test subject for a "revolutionary experiment", But when you got there, you suddenly got locked up inside a labyrinth, with only simple instructions and base equipment...

Mechanics

Make your way inside the labyrinth, find the key and the exit and you'll be free. However, you're not saved yet, as a strange monster roams the very same labyrinth. As part of the "experiment" you're taking part in, rules have been established to help you survive. If you look at it, it won't have the right to move. Be careful however, as it is smart, and may try to cheat to surprise you. If so, use your camera to snap a picture, reporting him for breaking the rules and punishing him.
